The Junior/Graduate level position is suited to a person who has some previous work experience in HR prior to starting, and/or completing their tertiary studies.
The Consultant level position is suited to a person who has at least 2 years experience since completing their tertiary qualifications in either HR or Law and is interested in specialising in Employment Relations discpline.
The Senior Consultant level position is suited to a person who has at least 5 years experience and has a high level of proficiency and specialisation in the Employment Law discipline.
